1. Passive Logic Engine

Build-Surety is a Technology Provider. We facilitate mathematical matching and data nodes. We are not builders, agents, or parties to physical construction.

2. Quality Gate Credits

$2k — $5k (Maintenance) $2

$5k — $50k (Remedial) $5

$50k — $100k (Major) $10

Over $100k (Enterprise) $20

Verification Subscription: $55

*Submission fees are non-expiry. Refundable if project cancelled pre-opening.

CONDUCT PROTOCOL

3. Contractor Conduct

We do not control independent trades. Any ethical breaches or criminal conduct is the sole legal liability of the contractor.

QUALITY PROTOCOL

4. Workmanship

The platform does not warrant work quality. Recourse is strictly against the contractor’s insurance.
