Platform Terms of Use

1. Passive Logic Engine

Build-Surety is a Technology Provider. We offer mathematical logic and data-matching. We are not a builder, agent, or party to any physical construction work.

2. Quality Gate Credits

Projects $2k — $50k $5 Credit

Projects $50k — $100k $10 Credit

Enterprise Works +$100k $20 Credit

*Credits ensure professional integrity. No-Expiry & Refundable if project is cancelled pre-opening.

3. Contractor Conduct & Misbehavior

Build-Surety does not supervise or control the actions of independent trades. Any misbehavior, ethical breaches, or criminal conduct is the sole legal liability of the individual contractor. Build-Surety is a passive venue and holds no responsibility for human behavior.

4. Workmanship & Correctness

The platform does not warrant work quality. If work is "not correct" or defective, the user's only recourse is against the contractor's personal business or insurance. Build-Surety is not responsible for project outcomes, site delays, or material failures.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, BUILD-SURETY® AUSTRALIA SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY FINANCIAL LOSS, PROPERTY DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURY, OR DEATH ARISING FROM THE USE OF THIS PLATFORM OR THE PERFORMANCE OF INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS.
